Super Beginner Belly DanceCourse

You can become healthier, shapelier, stronger, more feminine, more self-confident, and have greater satisfaction with your life through the study and practice Belly Dance.  Be more attractive and feel more confident.  Lessons are 60 minutes long.

 

A typical lesson includes warm-up exercises to stretch and tone muscles, isolation and conditioning exercises, instruction about various techniques, and practice drills and combinations. 


There is a lot of guidance and attention to form as well as proper posture and use of energy.  There are specific exercises and drills especially designed to enhance the benefits of Belly Dancing for each student.  Students who practice Belly Dance feel more youthful, energetic, and relaxed.  They develop their expressive abilities as well as their physical appearance and health.  Rid yourself of stress and negative energy.  

 

Small Group Lessons – Beginner Level  $92 / 4 lessons in a 4 week period 

                                                         $152 / 8 lessons in 8 weeks


Private Lessons are not available for Super Beginner Belly Dance. There are 4 - 8  students in one class.


Full Course—  $360 / 24 lessons in 6 months (paid in advance)
